What are the best online resources for learning how to implement, support, and troubleshoot Azure and using Azure to run virtual machines in the cloud?

I prefer online resources over books and will be more than willing to pay for online training and support services.

Please let me know what resources are available.

none, it's free, but it's only available once per year in a region/ city. I have just attended one in Singapore last month (Jan 18) :)

go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/techsummit
and then look for "Find a City" for actual event's date in your region

Besides MVA there's all of the Ignite content.

There's mounds and mounds of stuff to go through.

As a bit of a guide I suggest:

Set up a trial account, get the appropriate key sets needed from the subscription, then log on to Azure using Azure PowerShell.

Go to town. :)
