There should be a default login to get started. There is for every router. Use the default login and set it up again. Default for my routers is admin / admin or cisco / admin and then it immediately takes you to the Password change routine and you must change to log in.

Do a full, complete Hardware Reset of the router and then log in. Every router in good working order responds to this.
