I have hard time to google HTML form that have CSS style look like ms excel. Actually, I have PDF form with have a lot of box like those common medical or auto insurance form that usually ask for applicant info. Like address and ssn and etc. at the bottom is usually signature part. <br />

Now. I want to write HTML and CSS code on HTML webpage and use it to replace the PDF. Because we have over 50 PDF so &nbsp;I really hope to see some sample work and get the project start.<br />
