What do you see if you click File &gt;&nbsp;Options &gt;&nbsp;Add-ins in Outlook 2016? &nbsp;Do you see the add-in as Active or Inactive there?

The backup addin is not available in Office 2016 but you can save your date by exporting in PST time to time.<br />

I know I can do manually having had issues before with corrupted outlook files, I want to do a automatic at least once a day without having to think about. &nbsp;Maybe there is macro script available?

I purchased the Office Suite. They were REALLY pushing the 365, and made it hard to get, but that gripe that is for another time :)
