Need Power shell script to create O365 group with specific settings

Need Power shell script to create an Office 365 group and do the following:
- Normal items, (display name, alias, members, owner, etc.)
- set the time zone
- Activate the Document ID Service (manually this is done site contents\Sites settings\site collection features\set Document ID Service to Activate)

Groups have fairly limited PowerShell support, plus, the process of provisioning all the Group "parts" is not instantaneous. So you will have to wait a bit until the site or mailbox becomes available, etc.

Use the New-UnifiedGroup to create it with accordance to your requirements. Add-UnifiedGroup can be used to manage the onwers/members. For anything related to the Group Site, your best bet is the PnP cmdlets: https://github.com/SharePoint/PnP-PowerShell
