Excel Filtering in Columns and ROws.

I have the attached text File. I would like to use it in Excel and want to know if there is  away on how to filter on Columns and Rows ?
for instance I need to get all the Policy names that are scheduled for "Tuesday" as shown under "Daily Windows: Or all Policy names that have "Policy Type" as MS-Windows (13).

I am not sure if I can just leave the file in text file, and if any Expert can come up with a script that gives me options to select which data to Search for, and based on that data I put in it will generate an Excel file.

Well, any idea that helps is very welcomed.

Even representing this hierarchical data in Excel will be difficult.  If you were to encode this as XML, for instance, you might bring it into Excel, but it would flatten out, making it 'unwieldy'.

You cannot load this file into excel and filter inside.
You need a customized code to load it.
