Latest Date based on criteria in Excel

Wanted to get latest date from column H that is not 100% from column I based on column A criteria.  See column M on attachment.

Also this data is linked to an access query….don’t know if this matters.

This was answered once before but the columns changed and was not able to use that existing formula.

Please try this Array Formula and copy it down.
=MAX(IF($A$2:$A$43=K2,IF($I$2:$I$43<>1,$H$2:$H$43)))

I have also tweaked your formula in column L which was hard coded.
I have removed the trailing spaces in modules in column K and used it in formula in column L.
