Outlook issue

Hi support

How to resolve the issue , Ceo was having issue , when he accepts the meeting on the outlook app on his iphone , it was not sync to the outlook on his laptop.

Please note he was using office 365.

I would try setting up the account again. If that still doesn't work, then I would contact Microsoft's 365 support. (This of course assumes that the phone is working correctly)

This is pretty common issues with the iOS devices,

This is what I follow

  • Remove all the active sync partnership for the impacted user
  • Have user setup the device again.

This fixes the issue most of the time.

Suggest user to avoid accepting the meeting using the iPhone as much as they can.
