exchange 2010 DAG

We could see the integrity check errors from Exchange database end   as told by back up team and Commvault is unable to read the data from the source and

as we are having backup failures. (DAG databases) -exchange 2010

can you just what integrity check should I perform on my database

Ask your backup team to uncheck integrity check in backup tool and take full backup. If that works, let me know.

But that back up is not good for restore ?

what integrity chck should I do on my mailbox database,
You can use below command

ESEUTIL /G dbname.edb

it wonthave any production affect just a check am I correct

If you have concern, best you move all mailboxes to new db and recreate this again.
