Can't access share on server it's made on?

We have a share on our 2016 server.
We have added several groups with admin rights and permissions to the share.
When we try and access the share from somewhere else using the same account we can acces it without any problems.
So we can't access it when we are using the local admin account on the server the share is made on. But we can when we try it for somewhere else using the same account. A bit confusing but i hope someone can help me out.

Note; We are pretty sure that the problem is related to UAC.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It is not the desired state to have UAC in. That said, I  have seen the behavior you are talking about and because of it file server are the only server that I disable UAC on because I find it buggy, tattooing permission etc.
