Robocopy to synchronize files and folders between 2 location

Currently, robocopy is used to backup the source to another destination with the following option :
   /NDL /NFL /TEE /S /E /COPYALL /NP /R:0 /W:30

What option should I use if any deleted folders or files on the source should also be synchronize with the destination ?

Thx

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

In other words: delete files and folders in the backup/target if they were deleted from the source?
Then you need /MIR:
/NDL /NFL /TEE /MIR /COPYALL /NP /R:0 /W:30
The target will then be an exact mirror of the source.

If you want a true exact replica then you can use the /MIR option (mirror).
