Can webparts be easily moved?

Hello, I'm new to Sharepoint and I'm working with the 2013 free version. I've set up two document libraries and added them as web parts to the home page. Is there a way for these to be displayed in alphabetical order? When I edit the page and click on each of the web parts, I can see the properties of each part, but don't see if there is a way for them to be arranged so they are sorted in ascending order by document library name. Is this possible to do? Or do I need to delete both parts and rebuild them? Thanks in advance!
