unable to reolve from ip to hostname

we recently shifted to new domain (win server 2012)and migrate all the users and servers to the new domain(win server 2012).
But now we are unable to resolve the dns query from IP to host for any new Record.we can resolve from host to IP.

For any new record Resolving from ip to hostname we are getting an error

Windows server does not create reverse lookup zones by default. To lookup IP to Host name, you need a reverse zone and PTR records. Most programs don't require this to function though, so deciding if it is worth the effort to set up and maintain is something you'll have to consider.
