I tried to move the tape through the the tape web interface. 
 
I receive the error: the library is busy and just after that the drives goes offline 
 
I put them back online But still the same issue

Physical library problem, you need hands on site. &nbsp;Probably a cartridge with a mis-located leader pin needs taking out.

I think you are right, the output of q drive f=d shows the drives unavailable and the status &nbsp;unknown but i see a volume in the drive

There's four drives being fed by one robotic arm so if the arm gets jammed all four get the wrong tapes put in them.
