Oracle select query to split field

I have an Oracle Table for documents  with DocNoRev , Project fields
  sample values
     Doc1/001                          Proj1
     Doc1/001                          Proj2
     Doc1/002                          Proj3
     Doc2/WithSlash/001        Proj4
     Doc2/WithSlash/002        Proj3
     Doc2/WithSlash/A           Proj3

   The 001 , 002, A e.t.c are the revisionno ( The value after the last backslash)

  I am looking for a select query to Get the Docuemnt number and Revision number in seperate columns
     Doc1                       001
     Doc2/WithSlash      A
