All Emails sent to {Gmail , hotmail or AOL} located in spam folder
All Emails sent to {Gmail , hotmail or AOL} will found spam or junk folder
Notes:
1- SPF correct v=spf1 ip4:xx.xx.xx.xx/xx?all
2- MX record not a blacklist at all . i checked in many sites
3- ISP set DNS name for our real IP mail.xxxxxxxxx.com
whats wrong ?

Are you using Exchange Online or Exchnage on Premesis?

thanks for sharing the headers, I did analyze the headers and it doesnt passed as spam to hotmail. can you add your exchange domain to safe list and then see if still goes in spam folders.

1. The IP address indicates that the server is located in Saudi Arabia, which has a bad reputation for spam.
2. Your ISP appears to permit spammers to operate from their network.
There may certainly be other reasons that the "big operators" are mark your email as spam, but these two bear investigating. Perhaps another hosting company that is physically outside the Middle East would ease the issue.
