Phones cutting out on Avaya system
Hi ,
We have Avaya VOIP system with 70 Devices. For some reason calls are cutting out in middle of the conversation For e.g if I am having conversation with someone internally or externally, in middle of the conversation the other side will stop hearing me or sometime I stop hearing them.
New to the system so don't know where to start. Please can someone help?
Thanks

Hi ,
Avaya is a virtual server and is on the same LAN. The server and PBX is sharing the same subnet but end device on 192 range.

So, with that, is your VoIP system isolated on a VLAN or separate hardware from your regular network? Is it sharing the same subnet and switch ports as "general" network traffic?
