there are some emails which are application generated and are going to shared mailboxes ,
emails are containing attachment, but once the user forwards the attachment , attachment gets stripped off.
it is happening to few users only while accessing shared mailbox
is there any thing to be checked.

in what format users are forwarding plain text or HTML ? Kindly confirm the same.

still the issue is there
can you send the screen shot of the email while forwarding as shown in attached screen shot.

I got that

messages which are coming intext format or forwarded with attachments are only having issues . when the user forwards the same email with attachment it goes away

from which applications they are coming ?

they are also normal plain text emails coming as well from external users

while forwarding it strips attachment off even though on file-options-mail-html is enabled

basically it is happenin with emails having attachments (attached emails) and when they forward it , attached mail goes way
