exchange 2010, outlook

there are some emails which are application generated and are going to shared mailboxes ,

emails are containing attachment, but once the user forwards the attachment , attachment gets stripped off.

it is happening to few users only  while accessing shared mailbox

is there any thing to be checked.

Pramod,

you can find those settings while Forwarding the application email to someone. Just select the forward option to the email which you want to forward and you will see the format text section , click on that and see what it is ? is it plain text or HTML text?
