I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The screenshots below are from Power PDF Advanced, but it's probably the same as, or similar to, Power PDF Standard.

Run the setup file again, click the Change button, and select Modify/Repair — not Remove. Then in the Setup Type dialog, tick Custom (instead of the default Typical). This will allow you to select and deselect program features. Click the "Integration" drop-down and you'll see a Microsoft Office Integration section:

PowPDF msoffice integration
Expand that and you'll see the entry for Microsoft Outlook Integration:

PowPDF outlook integration
Click the drop-down next to the disk and you'll see a choice that says "This feature will not be available.":

PowPDF disable feature
Click that and you'll have this:

PowPDF outlook integration disabled
Proceed with the installation and that should solve your problem. You may, of course, disable other MS Office apps while you're at it in that same dialog, if you prefer. Regards, Joe
