I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

What options are you using?

Where is the output from the ROBOCOPY going, can you see it, what is it displaying?

AXISHKAuthor Commented:
/copyall /E /r:0 /np /nfl /ndl /tee
Since you used /np (No Progress), /nfl (No File List), and /ndl (No Directory List), you told robocopy to not report any progress.
Start resmon.exe, go to the Overview tab, check the robocopy.exe image in the Disk and/or Network section for activity.
