Averages from different ranges in excel.

Wanted to calculate averages in excel from different ranges:

On attachment I wanted to calculate two different percentages  (highlighted in red) and the average at the gray box in B46 which should be 91%

I might be missing something but can't you use this simple formula for that.

=AVERAGE(B1,B31)

=AVERAGE(B3:B28,B33:B44)
