Redirect Exchange 2016 emails

Dear Experts, I got a question here: https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/29078466/Redirect-domain-in-Exchange-server-2016.html

It had an solution but we got new requirement:
I tested with ABC.com and XYZ.com, these are the results:
1. When users sent from ABC.com mailboxes, recipients see those coming from XYZ.com  ----------------------------------------> OK

2. When recipients sent emails to ABC.com or XYZ.com, those emails went to ABC.com and XYZ.com, respectively

How can we configure so that, in step 2, all emails will be forwarded to XYZ.com?

Could you please help?

Hi,

Have you created email policy and assigned XYZ.com domain to all users? All users now have both ABC.com and XYZ.com email address or not?

Regards,
Ivan.

Hi Ivan, yes I created an email address policy and applied it, all users now have both ABC.com and XYZ.com email addresses

Could you please suggest?
Hi,

but i dont understand what is actually wrong.

If user Ivan has an email address of ivan@abc.com and ivan@xyz.com, why would you want to redirect something to ivan@xyz.com?
That is the same user...

When someone from internet send to either ivan@abc.com or ivan@xyz.com, it will end up in the same mailbox.

I must be missing you point..
