Redirect Exchange 2016 emails

Dear Experts, I got a question here:

It had an solution but we got new requirement:
I tested with and, these are the results:
1. When users sent from mailboxes, recipients see those coming from  ----------------------------------------> OK

2. When recipients sent emails to or, those emails went to and, respectively

How can we configure so that, in step 2, all emails will be forwarded to  

Could you please help?

what is your default Domain in Email Policy? both domains are in Email Policy right? it is irrespective of how you configure them, if all your domains are in email policy, it will fall in the same mailbox.

Have you created email policy and assigned domain to all users? All users now have both and email address or not?

If user Ivan has an email address of and, why would you want to redirect something to
That is the same user...

When someone from internet send to either or, it will end up in the same mailbox.

I must be missing you point..
