Excel Pivot table - Data for new year wont update in Pivot Chart?

HI Experts

Hope you can help

I have a basic pivot table / chart containing 2017 data for each month and it has been working fine up until entering this months’ data

There are two tabs – Pivot Table and Pivot Graph containing the raw and visual data, respectively.

When I refresh the data the slicers or graph won’t recognise 2018 data?

I’ve tried re-formatting and re-assigning the data entries but cannot get the 2018 data to appear via the filters.

I’ve attached the file - Would you guys have any suggestions as I’m stumped

Much appreciated as always
J

My guess would be that your 2018 data IS showing, up, it's just being summed with your 2017 January data. I think the easiest fix is to add a year field to your Pivot. You'll probably want to pretty this up a bit, but I've added "year" to your groupings in the attached.
