I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Do you have Hybrid or All Flash ?

10Gb recommended, but 1Gb supported <1ms RTT

All-Flash Cluster

All Flash requires 10Gb. 1Gb not supported <1ms RTT

1GBe no longer supported for vSAN, and it will be slow to replicate cluster data on those three hosts, because they are limited to 1GBe.
