How to move a VM to a datastore?

Currently have a very small environment on a physical box - 3 VM's, small domain - done through VM Workstation.
Now I have moved the 3 VM's to an existing host. Esxi 6.5.
Then register the VM's - does so successfully.

However - when i try to power on the VM's, I get the following message.

These errors are to be expected, because you do not just copy the files to the ESXi host! because as you can see the files are not compatible.

You need to use VMware Converter, and Convert the Virtual Machines to ESXi, in what is called a V2V.
