How to fix access to macro?

I am running Excel in Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus.
I have a XLAM in c:\Alex_Utils, but when I try to run a macro from it.
I get this message:

Have you gone into File>Options>Add-ins and clicked the drop down box to view disabled Add-ins? Sometimes add-ins have errors occur, and Excel will turn them off. You might try simply enabling from File>Options>Add-in first.
