I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Did you configure anything already? If that would happen to me, I would question the integrity of my setup ISO file.

found the solution for the permissions issue on another forum:
For your question, please run gpedit.msc to open Group Policy Editor, then switch to Computer Configuration---> Windows Settings---> Security Settings ---> Local Policies---> Security Options, then enable "User Account Control: Admin Approval Mode for the Built-in Administrator account", after all restart Windows to take effect

now just that service...

Tell me, what is the reason you want that service, anyway? Is it useful on your server?

ITm1010Author Commented:
its not, I have no prublome disabling it
just want to understand the error, and what the service does

If you wanted to understand any error that you find in the system logs of a cleanly installed server, you'd be amazed how much time that would consume. I would simply ignore it, since that service is a broker service that manages downloaded maps (on a server!?).
