Exchange Information store server service is not getting start -Exchange 2010
I am using 2 mailbox servers. Today, I rebooted passive server but its Information Store Service is not getting start. Rest other service is getting start. If do restart of "Exchange AD topology service", then "Exchange RPC client Access" service gets down and does not come up.
Information Store Error
Unable to initialize the Information Store service because the clocks on the client and server are skewed. This may be caused by a time change either on the client or on the server, and may require a restart of that computer. Verify that your domain is correctly configured and is currently online.
RPC Client access server.........
The Microsoft Exchange Replication service was unable to communicate with the local Microsoft Exchange Information Store service. This could mean that the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service isn't running. Error MapiExceptionNetworkError: Unable to make admin interface connection to server. I don't know why but Information store take around 15 minutes to get start. But finally it auto get starts. So I did not make any extra effort to fix it but just waited till 20 minutes. it got started.
As Jose described, verify your server time settings and once there is correct time on your domain then check your exchange server is sync with it once it got synced then, try to restart the server.
