Exchnage 2013 DBS is showing Failed and Suspened

I have an exchange 2013 database that is showing failed and suspended. There is not a DAG here but this dbs is one of two.
What steps do I need to do to get this repaired?

Your DB must be in dirty shutdown state
Run "eseutil /mh "database file path" from elevated command prompt on exchange server and check if database in dirty shutdown state
If yes, soft repair database with same utility and make it clean shutdown state
Unable to recollect exact command, u can google for same
If still there is problem, u need to hard repair database
Finally mount database after repair
