I need help finding a server chassis

DIY Server cases.

I am looking for a cheaper server chassis tower with at least 1 hot swap bay for power. I want to get as cheap as possible. But I must have a hot swap power supply. Where can I find this type of case?

I find a lot of tower chassis but they are either above $300 or they do not have break away power supplies.

When you say "server", is that a computer server or a disk server?

1U-4U rackmount, or standalone?

If disk, how many drives?

stand alone. I am unsure about the other questions. My goal is to make a desktop PC with break away power supply and hard drives.
I want to be able to just replace parts without dealing with wiring every time a power supply or hard drive blows.

yes, what I do, stuff blows often.

also, I am fairly aware of the hardware inside that I need, I am just unable to find the case that I want.
i would take a fullATX tower model - any brand - it should have enough bays
as for hotswappping drives -that's a function of the sata controller  - not of the power supply
examples here :  https://www.newegg.com/global/be/Product/ProductList.aspx?N=100007583%20600006304&IsNodeId=1&Submit=ENE

personally, i have a mounting plate from an old case, on which i mount everything in the open, and connected a couple of drive bays
nobus is spot on with that configuration as regards hardware manageability.  I run my system naked out in the open as well.  No case fan issues and when something goes "pop" I know where the smoke came from.
if you like, i can post a picture of it, and still have such a complete case
hot-swap PSUs for PCs aren't that common. they're generally low power in order to get two PSUs in place of the normal ATX PSU.

http://www.cyberresearch.com/store/product/power-supplies/computer-accessories-pc-peripherals/power-supplies-redundant-hot-swap/PWR_300HX_1240.2.htm ($475)

Far cheaper would be a modular PSU where you can unplug the cable loom from the PSU instead of having to chase it around the whole box, They're reasonably cheap my Corsair one cost about $100.
Sure! I'll like some photos!

I was looking for a case for myself, but eventually, I want to make extras for family members. We all live in the Rural area and some of us just don't take that good of care with our PCs (mum and dad) and since I am the resident IT guy on the farm, I was eventually looking to replace the street (the whole street is family) with easy break away PCs without the babys sticking their hand in and hurting themselves.

Also, my wife is getting pissed at my "collection" of open PCs....

I'm looking for a way to satisfy her as well..

And animals, I apparently have a stupid cat. I was building software on an open desktop the other day and I just remembered, he kept sticking his nose in the fan, kept doing it. No reason, just stuck his nose in the fan repeatedly.... I have 2 huskies as well... none of them have done stupid things like that, they usually just trip and pull wires, so my laptop jacks are shot, but yea, you get the idea
