The kernel software didnt work. I also contacted their tech support and they suggested another software option and that failed. They are look into what can be done. Thanks for the suggestion.

We have a hybrid setup with on-prem exchange and office 365. The primary mailbox is on-prem and the archive is an online archive hosted in o365. is there any 3rd party cools available that can export the hosted archive to a pst . Using o365 ediscovery doesn't see the archive and I believe that is because the primary mailbox is on-prem, and you can't use powershell either. The only option is using outlook which can take forever. has anyone had this same setup and found a 3rd app to perform the archive export?
