Word 2013 - add a border of full color in the footer a document
Word 2013 - I am trying to add a blue border in the footer of a word 2013 document. Please advise the best way to do this (see sample screenshot). Thank you.

I have tried all of the suggestions and all seem to work ok except for the fact that the bottom text box or single cell table (whichever I try) does not fully extend horizontally across the bottom of the page or all the way to the bottom of the page. It seems to be ok before I preview and/or print. Thanks for all of your help.
It might be that your printer can't print to the edge of the page. See what happens if you print to PDF.

Thank you all for your help. It could be the printer since the footer is fully colored; however, the printout shows space on the sides - but you all have been a big help. Thanks again.
