Problem with Contextmenu in AD user ADUC

I need to restore the Menu to the user ADUC when you right click a user in AD . The jpeg attached shows what happens when you right click a user In AD .

The entry that shows the menu options when you right click a user  was removed from here The GUID is listed in the Configuration\DisplaySpecifiers\409\user-Display\adminContextMenu and represents the copy, add to group, disable, reset password and move menu. Removing the entire entry, removes all of these options.

I like to know where it gets it from torestore it if someone can help

Hi Thanks for your reply . Heres what I get in AD under the default Computers OU I don't have options to move objects if I right click see attachment .

Under the Organization OU I am able to move but I have a double copy of the context menu?
The context menu is configured based on the object type that is right-clicked. You have it twice for users, and none at all for computers.
Remove one of the duplicate entries in adminContextMenu under user-Display.
Add the entry in adminContextMenu under computer-Display.
