I dont understand, can you be more clear? GY , GV and GY are empty , so i cannot figure out what you need.

I think you may be asking to calculate the number of digits of all the values in the range [EY1513:EY1525] & distribute the quantities of digits in the range [GV1514:GV1523] (row 1514 being all the count of numbers in column [EY] that have a single digit, 1515 the quantity that have two digits, 1516; those with three,... up to row 1523 that is the quantity of numeric values that have ten digits).
However,...
Are "01" & "09" one digit, or two digits?
Are you expecting the same outcome in every other block of 13 rows throughout the rest of column [EY]?
