Can anyone please help?I am new to Ant Builds.......Ant doesnt tell me which Class file is missing

I am still  getting  the  same  errors  after  installing  Ant:-

Based on this  Error  it seems it can not  find a target project  but I am not  sure which project is  that:

java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\DEV\WebappCOBRA\int\${target-project}\build\build.xml (The system cannot find the path specified.)

You need to ensure that ant.exe is in PATH
It could be ant.bat or ant.cmd (i can't remember but they'll all be in the same directory and it's that directory that needs to be in PATH)

Ant  is in the Path: %ANT_HOME%/bin   and I can access  it on my  system

Yes I did run the commands and still getting same errors
