Start Menu in Windows10 not Working

Hi,
My Start Menu in Windows 10 is not working even i am not able to use Cortana; could anyone help me to fix this problem.

I tried System Restore; not working. And tried different utilities but still the same.

turn the pc off - disconnect it from power for a minute - then restart
does it work now?

is the problem solved? after updating your system?
you can install windows 10 update assistant to update your system to the latest stable release.

If nothing, software issues like this are always solved by reinstalling the system as suggested.
