Auto tracking emails with Dynamics CRM 365 and Office 365

We need to tracking relevant emails (inbound & outbound) within Office 365 and Dynamics CRM 365. We want to track them against customer Accounts.

However, CRM seems to add a tracking ID to the subject of all emails  (ie CRM10001) and we don't want that to happen.

Is it possible to track them automatically without adding the tracking ID to the subject?

Yes, that can be removed (settings |administration|system setting email tab) but Dynamics will be less accurate in matching the right record and you will probably need to use Set Regarding to link emails to the correct records.
