RAID Config on server

DL380 G7 - Raid Config

I have a DL380 G7 with 8   2.5" slots. I have 6 drives configured Raid 1+0 (raid10) with a spare totalling 7 drives currently connected.

Problem trying to solve, is I want to add more space. My questions are below.

Can I somehow stop using the "spare" drive and pop two new drives in and have them on their own array? I have 2x 2TB drives I would like run in raid 1.
If so, how do i do this?
Can it be done without losing any data?
Can it be done without shutting down server
Does it matter that the 2x2tb drives are different to the others?

This server is a virtual host.
The main array has OS/ Exchange and the new room i want to use will be fore other VM's

Any help much appreciated.

What was the solution should someone else comes across this problem

Solution is "yes" assuming there is access to the ACU or CLI, just delete the hot spare, fit 2 new drives and make a new array. Only difficulty is if it is VMware without HPE tools installed as the release notes say you have to reboot after installing them, otherwise it can all be done live.
