Calendar not able to sync correctly.

We having issue for the synchronization issue for Calendar between outlook on the desktop and iphone.

Please note we are using outlook.com on the Iphone and office 365 on the desktop.

How can we resolved this and this issued have been taking for week to resolve and there is no workaround solution

from the MS support portal.

Let me see if I understand:

  • You are using Office 365 to host your email
  • PC: You are using MS Outlook that came with the MS Office that was included in your Office 365 subscription
  • iPhone: you are using the "Outlook" app

Is that correct?

Bingo you are right.
Set it up using the "exchange" option on the iPhone setup, not outlook.com. Completely different animals ;)
