Read email from classic asp & save as ticket in "ASP application"

Experts - I am looking for a freeware / without any third party components to read email (Pop3 / imap / exchange) from classic asp & create a ticket with just "From" as Requestor email & attaching the entire email to the ticket.

Can someone help me on the same please?

Finding a freeware for ASP might be really hard for that task, this page talks about it a little bit:

Classic ASP is too outdated now, does it have to be written in that? where do the emails normally go?

why do you want to do it online via a web front end page that potentially can be called by anybody which can access to it?

why don't you do it offline as a back-end program/script instead?

as mentioned by Ares, asp is no longer a good platform for development. for the reason of system sustainability, try upgrade to .NET instead? it could also be easier to read POP3 in .NET (i guess)
