Outlook 2016 dropping users.

Have users being disconnected from Exchange 2016 while in Outlook 2016 and Outlook is unable to reconnect to Exchange.  They can get to email via OWA (web).  Not all at once and not everybody at a single location.  Recently removed a server from the DAG and cluster but it was not in the load balancer and did not have any databases on it (no mailboxes).
Any suggestions?

Users are not able to connect in Outlook. When did it start the issue? It was just after removing one server of the DAG?

Do you have the issue internally or externally?

Check if all the services are running in Exchange server.

The issue was about an hour after removing the server from the DAG, it was internal only, and all the services were running.  When I called the users for more information they all said the issue had resolved itself.  I thanked them for the information and closed their tickets.
I did notice that when they were having issues the network interface on the exchange servers was getting beat up pretty bed.
I am chalking this up to a VIP being impacted and inadequate network connectivity.
