Windows server 2008 R2 network issue

I have a windows file server that is having a strange issue. Users are able to connect fine to the shares but in the file server itself it is unable to connect to any shares including itself. I checked the dns servers and they are fine. I also am able to do a nslookup and it correctly resolves to the address

The error I am getting is the network path was not found.

This is a hyper V machine

Issue was server was overloaded

Following fixed fixed
Netsh int ipv4 show dynamicport tcp

Netsh int ipv4 set dynamicport tcp start=1025 num=64520

First command showed I had lots of connections. Second command increases port range

Reboot would have fixed.
