Is there any software on windows 10 desktop that would allow me to do this to .aac file

Not looking to record audio/video.
Just a simple program to delete a small amount of audio (no video)

Well, you can do it without installing an audio editor, but since this is an unusual audio format it means going round Robin Hood's barn to do it.

Go out on the internet and convert the AAC to WAV.

Then edit the file using good old Windows Sound Recorder.

Then back out to the internet and convert the WAV back to AAC.  Or MP3, as you prefer.

they support multiple audio files extensions. just upload the file, select time to start and time to finish and thats it!
