Change the text size in the email header of a MS Outlook 2013 email

Microsoft Outlook 2013, I want increase the text size in the in the address bar of an email message when sending a new message to people.

Is there a setting where I can change the screen text size. Holding down the CTRL + rolling the mouse wheel does not change the size in this area.

Any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

That isn't something Outlook allows you to configure.  For consistency across all Windows apps Outlook inherits that setting from the overall Windows settings.  Depending on Windows version you can adjust that, but it will affect all apps not just Outlook.  Or you can try changing to a different screen resolution.

The only other way to work around this is to create your own form for sending an email, a sizable bit of work, but then you have more control over the input fields.  View this older post, should still be true but may be a little out of date in the details.  Google may find you a newer version of form  building in Outlook...

A more recent related question here too, but confirms the same thing.
