Is there any free OST to PST Converter?

There aren't, sadly. In order to do that type of file conversion, software developers must first pay licensing fees to MS, which precludes any kind of free solution.

You can try Outlook to convert OST to PST. You need to have Outlook in Offline mode, import the OST. Start a backup of Outlook. You should have the PST files

If its just a couple use Outlook, I'm assuming your asking because you have a LOT to do?

As I see all suggestion are paid, but free demo of these tool is not sufficient for my requirement.

As was said, there is no free version that will fully do it, just free demos. Then again, why do you need to do this? Maybe there is a better way to accomplish what you want. Using PST is not a good idea unless you have to. See here:

1.  You can copy all the contents in the ost file to the pst file in Outlook manually. But for that, you need make sure that you can open the ost file to get all the contents. And you can also just export the content in ost file to pst file in outlook. More details at
