I have 6 Dell poweredge VRTX'S. I have set up each VRTX in its own cluster and each blade with VMFS6 datastores. Managed by vCenter.
I am not setting up DRS or HA. Is there anything further I could do with storage. I do not have any extra hardware for an NFS server , if that is needed.
What would be the advantage of shared isci /nfs storage , and are my vmfs datastores in each cluster already shared ?

You will need Shared Storage for HA and DRS to function. If you do not have HA or DRS, you do not need shared storage.

BUT, you may want to use templates, or migrate servers using vMotion, or Storage vMotion, easily evacuate when you need to perform maintenance on hosts.

I don't know are they, can each ESXi host see and use all datastores ?

A Cluster does not necessarily mean you have shared storage.... just that you have moved all ESXi hosts into a Resource Group called Cluster!
Could still utilize HA within each cluster.
If all clusters could see all the disk space balancing the storage with storage vmotion.
If you have shared storage between nodes in a cluster, HA can still implemented.
