File > Print not working in outlook

Good Afternoon Experts.

I'd like some help with the following

We use Office 365 with Outlook 2013 clients

One of our users is having trouble printing via outlook.
File  >  Print > Causes outlook to freeze and you have to close it via task manager to get it to work again
But
Using the Quick Print tool works fine

How can we get it so going through file > print, will work without crashing outlook?

Thanks in Advance

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

May we assume printing is fine with other applications and just Outlook is the issue?

Uninstall Office 2013, restart the computer, Install Office and patch fully (patches occur frequently). Now restart again and test.

If that solution does not work, make a new, test, Windows User Profile (account), log into the new Windows Account, set up Outlook and test
