Indexing not working
Good Afternoon Experts.
I'd like some help with the following
We use Office 365 with Outlook 2013 clients
One Of our users indexing isn't working properly
It does a search but then no results or very little results appear
It use to work fine but then we upgraded her to outlook 2013 and it hasn't worked since then
How can we resolve this issue

Did you tried to rebuild the indexing? check if outlook is " under control panel -> Indexing Options"

Outlook 2013 by default cache 1 year older mails. Check that setting from account settings and try to cache complete mailbox . Once cache and indexed by windows search, try search and compare if you see more items
