Locking the user every time when user login to the computer

Hi,
When user lock the computer (ctrl+Del+alt) and when user unlock , user password is is going to lock.
Any idea

    No, only the pc is locked.

This should only happen if someone keeps trying to enter the user's password incorrectly multiple times. You should investigate, and see if someone might be trying to use the computer while the user is away or if someone is trying to brute force their password through a system that allows remote access.

Check if any service or schedule task causing this.
Any mobile device.
