I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Notepad will do that - as will any normal text editor.

Andy,
I need something with the ability to design built into it.  Like the Telerik Editor

Do you mean swap views?  Like the raw HTML and swap to how it looks in a browser.  Or edit visually then swap to see the HTML code generated?

Winword should do that.

I use the SpiceLogic HTML Editor:

https://www.spicelogic.com/Products/NET-Win-HTML-Editor-Control-8

Many have reported good results with CKEditor:

https://ckeditor.com/

Or TinyMCE

https://www.tinymce.com/

I looked into those two before choosing SpiceLogic, and I chose SpiceLogic because I needed to host in a WinForm app. It's a little pricey, but it's worked very well in my app.
